What’s happening at the Arts Parkade – Changes planned for Wednesday, November 30th.

After many years the Art Parkade facility is undergoing a transformation to improve the customer’s experience.  The gates at both the entrance and exit will be removed, virtually eliminating the traffic back-ups and drastically reducing delays.

Customers will find a parking stall and then stop by one of the many paystations located throughout the facility, enter the stall number where you have parked your car and make payment.  No need to return to the vehicle after this transaction is complete.

Permit holders will have a similar process to follow, without having to make payment each time.

By January 2012 further enhancements will be in place.   Sensor lights will be installed above each stall that will help you quickly and easily find an available parking stall.  Green lights will indicate available stalls; red lights will indicate occupied stalls.

Paying Your Ticket
