Contractor Parking

Parking Options - U of C – July 1, 2011

General pay as you go parking: 

• Paylots 10, 11, 32 – see price list for costs
• Art Parkade – see price list for costs
• Contractor day pass – includes 2 hours in the service zones and unlimited in Lot 12 or 34.

Monthly/Annual parking for contractors – see price list for costs

• 2 hours in the service zone + either Lot 12 or 34
• 2 hours in the service zone + multiple lots

Permit parking - sold by the semester (4 month term): 

• All permits are sold on a first come/first serve basis - see price list for cost
• Available for purchase are McMahon Stadium-East, Lot 57 & Lot 59

Permits are refundable as follows:

• Permit returned by the 3rd working day of the month - refund current month + remaining months. 
• Permit returned by the 15th of the month - refund ½ current month + remaining months 
• Permit returned on the 16th day of the month or later - no refund current month, refund for remaining full months only.

Service vehicles are granted 2 hours coverage (1 hour on south campus) in designated Service Zones.   These are for us when vehicles are actively in use on the job site.  These spaces are very limited so are not designed for all day parking.   Vehicles may use the service zones for 2 hours total per day (regardless of whether the vehicle moves) at no charge.  Vehicles that need parking beyond the 2 hours should contact Parking & Transportation for payment options.
