New Card Design
A New Look
Starting in September 2008, cards will be issued with new designs. All existing designs remain valid and will benefit from new online features. Cards do not need to be replaced. See our FAQ below for additional information about the new cards.

Student, Faculty, Staff Campus ONEcardA proud 'Dino Red' the card features a larger first name section an photo of the holder. A section above the photo is designated for U-Pass holder stickers.

Retiree, Library, Photocopier Card, Conference Guest and Special Guest ONEcard
For retired faculty and staff as well as the many people who visit our campus, we offer a revised, no photo card with many great features. This card is not valid identification, but enables access to debit functions and campus services where permitted.

Alumni CardA distinct gold design, reflecting the accomplishment of graduation. The Alumni Membership Card will be distributed via mail to May and June 2008 graduates. After this point, the card will be distributed at convocation. The card received by graduates does not have features permitting use of campus resources (library, campus recreation, debit function etc.) Grads needing access to these resources must obtain a card, similar to the student card from Campus Security. |
FAQ
Do I need a new card?
No. The new card design is siimply an update of the look of the card. Your existing card, in most cases has all the features available.
The new online features work for all existing (blue/white Arch and gold) cards.
Please note that some card functions may have been deactivated after more than 24 months of inactivity. Please contact us at 403-220-4922 to have features reinstated.
I have an old card but want the new design - when and how can I get it?
Existing cardholders can obtain a replacement card starting on September 22, 2008. A $20 replacement fee applies. Cards are available from Campus Security.
