New
technologies for scoliosis
A multidisciplinary Calgary team
of students and professors in the CCIT Building
is developing
a newer
and safer way of diagnosing and treating
scoliosis – a mysterious spinal condition
that affects about one out of every 200 people,
especially children. The team is
working with patients
and health care providers at the Alberta
Children's Hospital to develop the new methods.
