Fees for Retreat
Early bird deadline (before March 27, 2010): $131.75 + GST ($6.59) = $138.34
After the early bird deadline (March 27, 2010): $155 + GST ($7.75) = $162.75
Fees includes all processing fees for on-line registration, and all meals and snacks for 2 days (efforts will be made to use organic, locally-sourced food where possible).
Numbers for the retreat are limited, and registration is growing. Please register early in order to avoid disappointment.

Full Scholarships for Students
If you are a student of an educational institution (university, college, high school) and wish to receive a full scholarship (all expenses paid) in order attend the retreat, please email us or call at 416-593-0906.
In order to qualify for the scholarship, students must:
1. be a student at an accredited educational institution;
2. must provide proof of registration;
3. must be willing to provide some in-kind services to support the retreat (e.g., organize a follow-up workshop or educational event at your school, college or university or in your religious community; assist with publicity for the retreat or follow-up events, etc.).

In order to access the benefits of on-line registration, we have packaged the Retreat on Global Warming as a Moral Issue as a "Course" as part of the Continuing Education Program at the University of Calgary.
The Retreat is labeled as "CPE 177 Retreat on Climate Change as a Moral Issue". On-line is the quickest way to register and get your participation confirmed.

On the page "Checkout", you have 2 choices:
a) If you are before the early bird deadline (March 27, 2010), you may pay the reduced rate: $131.75 + GST ($6.59) = $138.34. Under price adjustments, click "Early Bird Fee", then click the "update" button to give you the reduced fee. Then click the "Continue checkout" button to continue registration.
b) If you after the early bird deadline (March 27, 2010), you are required to pay the regular registration fee $155 + GST ($7.75) = $162.75.
You can pay for courses online using VISA, MasterCard, or American Express and a receipt will be e-mailed to you to confirm your registration.

Payment Methods
Fees are to be paid in full by cash, cheque, money order, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. To invoice your employer, a purchase order number must be provided when registering by phone. When registering by mail or fax please include a copy of the purchase order with your registration form. Cheques and money orders are to be payable to University of Calgary.
Refund and Withdrawal Policy
If notice of a student's withdrawal from a course is received:
* At least 21 days before the course start date, the registrant will receive a full refund
* Between 20 and 7 days before the course start date, the registrant will receive a refund, less a $40 administrative fee
* 6 days or fewer before the course start date, a refund will not be issued
