University of Calgary—Qatar students are hosting a number of events on the UCQ campus to celebrate the holy month of Ramadan—a charity drive topped the list.

Program of Dance Professional Series 2008

U of C Program of Dance presents a snapshot of contemporary Canadian choreography. New season begins Sept. 26 at University Theatre. 

Hooked on Flamenco

Annette Morcos was hooked on Flamenco dancing as a young girl. The U of C MBA grad now dances, teaches and produces shows for other dancers.

To the Point

Alumna Vianne Timmons, PhD'93, became the seventh president and vice-chancellor of the University of Regina on Sept. 1. Most recently, Timmons was a professor and vice-president, academic development, at UPEI.
