SUPPORTING OUR VETERANS:
Sergeant Jocelyn Roberts from the 14 (Calgary) Service Battalion Primary Reserves and a third-year communication and culture student at the U of C, makes her donation to the Poppy Fund Food Bank. The faculty is collecting donations to support the many Calgary veterans of the Canadian Forces who rely on this food bank on a regular basis. Every food item donated to the veterans earns two cents for the Students' Union Food Bank, so every gift gives twice. Food items may be dropped off in the ComMedia office in Social Sciences until Nov. 12.
