Runners’ Edge: Take your training outside the box
The city’s best running workshop has a simple message for runners this year: take your training outside the box. Runners’ Edge is a one day retreat, on Saturday April 12. Experts from biomechanics, exercise physiology, weight management, psychology, nationally acclaimed runners, coaches, athletes, and researchers are on hand to help you avoid injury, lose weight and get motivated.
