Outrun the Stigma: University of Calgary Hosts First Mental Health Awareness Run in Western Canada on Oct. 12

The University of Calgary is proud to host "Outrun the Stigma" on October 12th, the first mental health awareness run in Western Canada. Participants can choose between a 5K run or a 3K walk within the University of Calgary campus. The run is organized with the intent of reducing stigma associated with mental health and seeking a path to recovery. There will be live entertainment, a resource fair and many activities offered throughout the day.
