Energy futures for our cities

The Royal Society of London and Royal Society of Canada Fellows to debate energy challenges

Oct. 16, 2013

Three professors from the University of Calgary will tackle one of the most urgent questions of our times with a lively debate on energy challenges that cities are facing. Tomorrow's event is part of a national lecture series called Science is GREAT where fellows from the Royal Society of London and Royal Society of Canada engage in debate on pressing matters of public importance. Ed McCauley, University of Calgary vice-president (research), will moderate the talk.

The event is hosted by the British Consulate General in Calgary. Media wishing to cover the event are asked to confirm their attendance with Jordan Pinkster, public affairs officers at the British Consulate-General in Calgary at (403) 539.2241.
