Robots, navigation systems, solar panel arrays, an automatic hop dropper for brewing beer plus a wrist and forearm system for a robotic hand. These designs are among the dozens of projects that will be featured tomorrow at the Schulich School of Engineering 2013 Student Design Fair.

These projects have been in the making for months as students applied their technical knowledge to solve real-world problems. Design projects are among the final assignments for fourth-year students as they approach graduation and begin their careers. Students will give demonstrations and answer questions.
