Applicants 2010/2011 (Cycle Complete)

Offers of Admissions for Class 2014 (entering August 2011)

• In UCAN, click "I Accept" (or, if you are declining, "I decline"). If you are declining, there are no further steps to take.
• If you are accepting, please complete the following steps within the time given on your acceptance letter to guarantee your place.  
  • Provide $500 deposit to the Office of Admissions. Must be a certified cheque, money order or bank draft made out to the University of Calgary.
  • Get your Police Background Check completed
  • Your immunization record.

If you have not received a letter but came for interview:

• You are on the waiting list
• UofC Admisssions office will contact you

Note: UofC Admissions office is NOT able to provide information over the phone, email or in person about where you are on the waiting list.

Third Party Designate Form

If you receive an offer from the University of Calgary Medical School and know that you will not be available to respond, you can designate a representative to act on your behalf.    A designate may be a family member, spouse or friend.  This only applies to applicants who are traveling to international international desitnations where internet service is limited.  We need your consent to notify your designate in the event you receive an offer.  Please click here to complete the Third Party Designate Form.
