American journalist and writer. Born in 1914. Best known for his
"Mathematical Games" column in Scientific American. Biographical
information in Contemporary Authors, v. 73-76, p. 226.
Collection consists of bookplates of Eugène, Pascal, Willy,
Carlos and Marina Strens, bookplate and business card of Bianca
Strens Hatfield, and Ex Libris listing of Eugène Strens
bookplates.
