IS2 & Kinesiology

 

As you are aware on August 2nd, there will be several significant changes made to the way we do business and manage people on campus, as part of the IS2 program. Many of you have attended workshops, in Kinesiology and around the University, but if you haven't, don't panic there's still lots of time to get up to speed.

Having said that it's important that you do the training required so that you know what to do when the new systems are implemented. Everyone will have to understand where and how to report their time and exceptions, and managers will have to understand how the new self service modules work.

You should have received an email outlining the training available to you, but if not have a look at the links below which contain a lot of information about the rationale behind IS2, the change impacts and where to find training. For the most part you need to log into my u of c, then go to blackboard (under quicklinks.) Click on the 'Courses' tab. Under 'Course Catalog' click on the IS2 folder, and look for your applicable courses.
