August 24: Do you use the Travel  and Expense Card (T&E Card)?

The focus of the T&E Card Program is to reduce the need for expense reimbursements and cash advances. With the August 2nd upgrade of PeopleSoft, Cardholders now have the ability to reconcile their AMEX Card transactions within MY WALLET, an expense module within PeopleSoft. Click here to learn more!

August 18: PeopleSoft Trouble Shooting

If you are seeing old forms try clearing your "cache" before you access them again.

PENDING - it IS a good thing!  We have received many questions on the new process for expense claims, particularly the new screen that will say 'Pending' (rather than approved).  Pending just means that you have completed your side of the submission and now your claim awaits approval.  See screen shots

Browser problem?  PeopleSoft is working best on Internet Explorer.  If you are having problems using the new system, please try Internet Explorer rather than Firefox or Chrome.

Dr. Leonard Waverman, Dean, HASKAYNE School of Business talks about how constant change is a key to success.
