  • There are two (2) ethics in human research boards on at the UofC.
    • Conjoint Faculties Research Ethics Board (CFREB)
    • Conjoint Health Research Ethics Board (CHREB) 
      If your main Supervisor is from the Faculties of Kinesiology, Medicine or Nursing or if your research relates to physicians or other health care professionals in the Calgary Health Region or recruits subjects wholly or substantially from a health setting within the Alberta Health Services, you must apply to the Conjoint Health Research Ethics Board (CHREB) . Your application should be sent directly to the CHREB.
