IT Support Centre

The IT Support Centre is the place to go with almost any technical problem. If these qualified technicians can't help you directly, (if your problem is outside of their scope,) they can provide advice on how to solve your problem (sending you to reputable laptop repair facilities) or to the appropriate group on campus.

The Information Commons Service Desk

If your difficulty is directly related to information processing (writing a paper, citation, etc) or finding a resource, then the Information Commons is an excellent place to turn to. Their knowledgeable staff are avaliable for one on one help, or you can attend a free class to learn how to use current versions of Microsoft Office, Ref Works, End Note or Thesis Formatting.
