AirUC Secure

AirUC Secure is one of two wireless internet networks at the U of C. Wireless coverage is available in all buildings on campus, as well as outdoors! Any U of C student, faculty or staff member with a valid IT Account and a Wi-Fi enabled device can connect to AirUC Secure. Once connected, you can surf the Internet, check your email or work online. AirUC Secure offers a secure connection which means that information sent over this network is encrypted.  There is also an unsecured network avaialbe on campus called AirUC. AirUC Secure is also available at U of C's new cyber café, The Loft, located on the fourth floor of the MacEwan Student Centre. Now you can use your own laptop or borrow one from the café, log on to AirUC Secure, sip your latté, check your e-mail, and research a paper while kicking back in comfort.
