University of Calgary

Admission Information

An undergraduate degree, such as a Bachelor's of Science, is typically pursued by students directly out of high school with no other post-secondary education experience. Students wishing to pursue an undergraduate degree in the Department of Chemistry can be admitted directly to the Faculty of Science and their program of choice. Our chemistry programs are almost always completed in four to five years.

For comprehensive information on admission procedures, please contact the prospective student page - a place for all prospective students to visit, includes links to the online application, virtual tours and campus tours.

Application Deadlines

Applications are accepted beginning in November of the year prior (e.g. November 2007 for Fall 2008 admission) and continue until April 1.
