TITLE: Single-Molecule Magnets
ABSTRACT
Nanoscale magnetic materials are of interest for high-density information storage and quantum computing. Single-molecule magnets (SMMs) offer a bottom-up approach to produce uniform magnetic materials that possess both classical and quantum characteristics. The synthesis and design of SMMs, as well as the unique properties of this class of materials will be covered.
