Support Requests
To initiate a work order you may use one of the following methods:
- In person drop off. You may complete a paper work order and drop off any materials associated with the request in the front receiving area in the electronics shop (SA 042).
- Electronic mail. Your may report your problem by e-mail to techsupp@chem.ucalgary.ca Please include all pertinent details [ including location of problem, immediacy (or not) of problem, etc.]
- Telephone. The dedicated service request telephone line is 220-5371. An answering machine is available to record your request if the staff are busy. Please include all pertinent information in your message
