Calgary Centre for Clinical Research
The Calgary Centre for Clinical Research (CCCR) and Dr. Michael Hill, associate dean of Clinical Research, is pleased to announce that effective May 9, 2011, all industry clinical health research will be submitted electronically on a new system called the Protocol Submission Program (PSP). This is a new electronic system that will allow researchers to submit new protocols or existing protocols, amend contracts and protocols, and close project codes. Please note there will be no change to the Tri-Council, NIH or Industry grant process submissions i.e. they will not be processed using Protocol Submission Program (PSP).
Researchers and coordinators are recommended to attend PSP Training. Register by clicking on the link on the left hand menu.

We have a new procedure for sub-site agreement execution. Information can be found here.
The system is accessible via the Faculty of Medicine’s Intranet and therefore, has all the security built in to maintain confidentiality of the information submitted. Access to the PSP can be done remotely anytime during the day or night via the Intranet.
***PLEASE NOTE: In order to access the Intranet and to use the Protocol Submission Program, you must have a UCID and a Med Domain account.
If you are unsure whether you have a Med Domain account, or if you have forgotten your username and/or password, please call IT Support at 403.220.5555 for assistance.
