Interview Room Bookings Interview rooms seat a maximum of four people and may be located outside the Career Services centre Rooms are available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.	$100/day
Interview Scheduling Administration Fee Only available in combination with a job posting in JobLink Schedules must be submitted online a minimum of 5 working days prior to the interview date e.g. interview date of August 17 – schedule must be submitted online August 10 Interview schedules can be for on-campus interviews or interviews at the employer's location of choice Interviews scheduled on campus must end by 4:30 p.m.	$100/schedule
Recruitment Services Cancellation & Refund Policy No refunds will be issued for jobs approved and posted for more than 24 hours Fees for interview room bookings and interview schedule administration fees are non refundable and non transferable

Career Fair Cancellation Policy

Exhibitors who cancel more than 45 days prior to the Fair will be charged 50% of their basic registration
Exhibitors who cancel within 45 days of their particular Fair date will be charged the full registration fee

Advertising Opportunities

Payment can be made by cheque or online by credit card.
Charitable organizations are fee-exempt for job posting services only upon presentation of registered charity number.
Not-for-profit organizations who do not have a charitable number will be subject to fees for service.
