Q. How do I post a job on your Web site?
A. To post a job with us, log-in to JobLink and complete the online posting form. First-time users will be asked to register for an account number. Note that you can proceed with your posting prior to receiving confirmation of your account number from us.
Q. Is there a fee-for-service and how do I pay?
A. Yes, we do charge service fees. Refer to the Fee Schedule for details. Payment can be made by cheque or online by Visa or Mastercard. Charitable organizations are exempt from most charges upon presentation of registered charity number. All other not-for-profit organizations will be subject to a fee-for-service. Services provided to recruit Co-operative Education/Internship students are also exempt from service charges.
Q. What is the difference between a full-time and part-time job posting?
A. Job posting types are defined by hours to be worked: a job is considered full-time if it involves 30 hours or more of work a week and part time if it involves less than 30 hours of work a week.
Q. Can I use your job posting services as a Third Party Recruiter?
A. Yes, however we will require the name of your client in order to process your request. This information will be kept completely confidential and will not appear on the posting itself.
Q. When will my posting appear online?
A. Your posting will appear on our Website within 24 hours of you having submitted it to us online. You will receive an automated email from us confirming that this has occurred. The email will include your account number and instructions on how to view your posting online.
Q. How do I host a company information session on campus?
A. Career Services staff would be happy to assist you with the coordination and advertising of an information session.To book a session select "Request New Information Session" found under the “Quick Links” on the JobLink Home page. Complete the form and submit. You will be contacted to confirm the booking.
Q. How can I increase my profile on campus?

Q. How can I hire a Co-operative Education or Internship student?

Q. How do I access Business/Commerce students?
A. The Haskayne School of Business has a separate Career Centre and online job posting board. If appropriate, cross-postings through both centres can be arranged.
