Research Interests:

 I collaborate with Dr. Benedikt Hallgrimsson on research aimed at determining the genetic blueprint determining face length in the mouse. This program involves monitoring expression of genes in derivatives of the cranial neural crest and comparison of expression patterns between wild-type mice and strains having a high frequency of cleft lip.
