System Enhancement Form

This form is to provide feedback on the use and functionality of the Business Administration Systems software and to request changes to the system that will substantially benefit your ability to do your work.

The form is for system enhancement suggestions to the FSR (GL, Expense, eProcurement, etc.) and HR/Payroll modules only. Should you wish to submit suggestions for the Student Administration module, please send an email to bashelp@ucalgary.ca

Once you have completed and submitted this form, it will be reviewed and prioritized by a functional team lead. A business analyst will contact you within 5 business days to discuss the next steps in the process.
