CCAP offers
...an educational outreach program which will address any interested group. We also provide job shadowing for health care professionals in our outpatient clinics as well as:
- continuing medical education on respiratory topics including asthma, copd, chronic cough and smoking cessation for health professionals,
- training of nurses and respiratory therapists who are interested in developing asthma programs in Southern Alberta,
- education of school teachers regarding asthma and allergies, and
- public forums
We also provide in-services within the community to groups including physicians, physician office staff, nurses and pharmacists. For more information on CCAP, click here to view our brochure.

COPD Rounds are a new ongoing series presented by the Division of Respirology, Department of Medicine, University of Calgary and the Calgary COPD and Asthma Program. Rounds topics are published four times a year, offering concise, practical learning modules on the diagnosis and management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Publications to-date include:
