Instructions for the Tutorial
Please take a few minutes to read the following information.
Ideal display and the browser:
This tutorial is optimized for 800 x 600 display. It uses frames and client-side imagemaps and is best viewed using Netscape 3.0 or higher. It is recommended that the user download an appropriate version of Netscape or Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Timeline:
Each of the 14 chapters in this tutorial has a timeline. The timeline is contained in a frame along the left side of the screen. It is scrollable and will remain there for all the sections and links associated with that chapter. A different timeline will open with a new main chapter.
To print this tutorial:
If you are using Netscape 4.03:
To print selections of this tutorial, use the mouse to click on the right frame (the text) before choosing the Print option on the Netscape toolbar.
If you are using Netscape 3.0:
To print sections of this tutorial within Netscape 3.0, use the mouse to click on the frame section that is to be printed before choosing the print option from the Netscape toolbar. Failure to do so may result in the chapter buttons being printed instead of the main text.
