Provide us with a cell line that needs culturing and we will grow and expand the cells, collecting media and freezing them as needed until there is sufficient stock in liquid nitrogen. At the time you provide us with your cells we will need proof that they are mycoplasm free or we can perform the testing within our facility, there is a small fee associated with this. We have this requirement to ensure that contamination does not spread to other cell lines that we are culturing. If you wish for us to extensively grow a hybridoma that we have created for you let us know at the start of the process and we will save an aliquot of the cells for expansion. Our highly skilled tissue culture professionals are currently developing a protocol to re-fuse 'tired' hybridomas that have lost antibody titre with fresh myeloma cells.
