Alumnae honoured as trailblazers - Oct 22, 2008

The Women's Resource Centre honoured two U of C alumnae Oct. 22 for their "wisdom, resilience and compassion" in overcoming barriers and contributing to community. Psychologist Kerrie Moore, BSW'03, MSW'04, received the Distinguished Alumna Award 2008, and MSc student Anna Corynne Zadunayski, LLB'02, received the Distinguished Student Award 2008. Sponsored by the Alumni Association, the event attracted more than 200 people and featured performances by Moe Clark and musician Anita Athavale, and the third annual Women's Career and Community Exhibition.
