Associate Alumni Membership

The University of Calgary Alumni Association offers people who are interested in becoming involved with the U of C an associate membership, including those alumni from other institutions.

Associate membership entitles you to the on campus privileges listed below. The annual membership fee is $35 plus $1.75 in GST.

The privileges include:

• Invitations to exclusive alumni events
• Annual subscription to U Magazine
• Associate alumni receive 20% off the general public membership rate at the Health and Recreation Centre
• Continuing Education discount

If you would like to become an associate alumnus/a, please:

• Print off the Associate Alumni Membership Form. You can either mail (with a cheque) or email (alumni [at] ucalgary [dot] ca) the completed form, plus photocopy of proof of graduation, to us. For email orders we can process Visa/MasterCard payments over the phone. You can also bring the completed form plus a photocopy of proof of graduation to: our temporary office in MLT 213. Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Once we receive your application, it will take up to 5-10 business days for input, verification and for the information to be accessible to other departments within the university. Once your application has been processed you will need to bring a piece of valid photo ID to the Campus ID Office (Room 260 MacEwan Student Centre. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.) where they will produce your Associate Alumni Card.
