Transcripts

Your admission, advanced credit and eligibility for IB scholarships all depend on the University of Calgary receiving transcripts showing your final and official IB results. Please contact your high school IB coordinator for guidance on how to make the appropriate transcript request.

If you are not currently attending high school, contact your IB regional office and request that a transcript be sent to the University of Calgary Admissions Office. They will need your name, your high school's code, your IB candidate code, and the appropriate exam session. Complete contact information for IB regional offices can be found on the International Baccalaureate Organization website at www.ibo.org.

We recommend that you make your request by mid-June at the latest, as the transcript deadline is August 1st.
