Basis of Standing

Transfer Students who do not meet the Senior Matriculation requirements for entrance to a faculty, but who have successfully completed five full-course equivalents (ten semester courses, including high school equivalents, transfer and non-transfer courses) or six semester transfer courses at an accredited post-secondary institution with a cumulative grade point average of 2.00 or above, may be considered on the basis of standing at that institution if the University determines that the matriculation requirements have been satisfied. However, as admission to all programs is on a competitive basis, it is anticipated that applicants will be required to present more than the minimum average to actually secure an offer of admission.
