| Welcome to the First
Europe Tutorial which was designed as an educational resource for students
in introductory-level college and university courses. It provides selected
background information for the transition from the Roman to the Early Medieval
periods in Western Europe. Three chapters are devoted to the political
developments, one to language and literature, and one to art and architecture.
It is multi-disciplinary in scope and will serve students in the Faculties
of Social Sciences, Humanities, General Studies and Fine Arts. |
