A new initiative funded by Alberta Health and Wellness brings the
Community Helpers Program to campus. Simply follow the link below to
complete a five minute survey letting us know of two friends and two
adults you turn to in times of need. The people nominated will be
offered additional support, resources and training to continue doing the
great job they are doing!

The Centre for Community-Engaged Learning is looking for 10 volunteers
to join us on an eye-opening
Day of Service at the Mustard Seed. On Thursday, Jan. 26 from 4-9
pm, we will be preparing and serving dinner for some of Calgary's
homeless at the Mustard Seed's downtown location.

feeling sad, unmotivated, tired, irritable, or overwhelmed, The LEAP
Project might help. This ONLINE depression treatment program is now
being tested with young people, aged 13-24, in Calgary. To learn more go

If you struggle with class presentations required as part of your
course work, consider attending the SU Wellness Centre's presentation
anxiety workshop. The workshop will provide participants with an
opportunity to learn and practice skills and strategies to manage the
anxiety you experience when doing presentations. Workshop runs Mondays,
Feb. 6, 13, 27, and March 5.
